MyHeritage introduces Family Infographics

MyHeritage introduced Family Infographics, a new feature that can transform photos and family tree data into a poster-style work of art illustrating the life of anyone from the tree in one of 15 styles.

Creating a family tree often involves spending many hours entering small details: names, dates, relationships, milestones. Photos are then added to enrich the family tree, the company said. Family Infographics uses AI to turn the information into a meaningful work of art.

Family Infographics is available on the MyHeritage website on the desktop and mobile browser. It will be added to the MyHeritage mobile app soon. This feature builds on AI Biographer, a feature we introduced at the end of 2023, which creates a Wikipedia-style article about the life of an ancestor. Family Infographics take that idea a step further by presenting similar information visually in an infographic, combining text and imagery to show a person’s life story at a glance.
